You reach out
Send us a short message — your names, your rough vision, and your dates if you have them. We reply personally within two working days. No automated responses, no forms that go nowhere.
We work with a small number of couples each year, so every enquiry receives our full attention.

First conversation
A relaxed video call — no pressure, no pitch. We listen to your vision: the location you are drawn to, the atmosphere you want, the moments that matter most to you.
We ask the questions most couples haven't thought to ask yet — and we answer yours honestly, including the ones about budget and logistics.

Your personal proposal
Within one week of our call, we send you a tailored concept — specific locations, a suggested atmosphere, initial vendor ideas, and a clear outline of how we would plan your day together.
This is not a template. Every proposal is written specifically for you, based on what you told us.

Secure Your Date
Once you decide to move forward, we sign the agreement and a pre-payment is made to officially reserve your date. From there, we begin creating your wedding experience together.

Location finalised, vendors booked, florals designed, logistics mapped — every detail handled in close collaboration, at a pace that feels calm rather than chaotic. You always know what has been done, what is next, and what needs your input.

Your day, perfectly held
We are there on the day — quietly managing everything behind the scenes so you never have to think about logistics, timing, or what comes next. You are fully present. We handle the rest.
After the day, we follow up to ensure every detail — photos delivered, final vendor payments — is fully closed out.

Before you reach out
We work with a limited number of couples each year — intentionally. It means every wedding we plan receives the full depth of our attention, our relationships, and our care. If you are thinking about reaching out, we recommend doing so early, particularly for peak season dates in Switzerland (July–September) and Lake Como (May–October).
Do you work with international couples?
Yes — the majority of couples we work with travel from abroad, particularly from the UK, US, Scandinavia, and Australia. We handle everything a destination wedding requires: local permits, multilingual vendor coordination, legal vs. symbolic ceremony guidance, and logistics for guests travelling internationally.
Legal or symbolic — what is the difference?
A legal ceremony in Switzerland or Italy requires official documents, translations, and registration with the civil authorities — a process that can take several months. Most international couples complete the legal marriage at home and travel to Switzerland or Lake Como for a symbolic ceremony: no bureaucracy, full creative freedom, and a day that feels entirely yours.
How far in advance should we reach out?
For peak season dates in the Swiss Alps and Lake Como, we recommend getting in touch 3 to 9 months before your celebration. This allows access to the best photographers, private venues, and accommodations. That said, elopements are wonderfully flexible and can often be planned within a few weeks. For intimate micro weddings, we generally recommend a little more time, though shorter planning timelines are certainly possible depending on availability and the complexity of your plans.
What languages do you work in?
English, German, Russian and Italian — fluently. This means we can negotiate with local vendors on your behalf, navigate Swiss and Italian bureaucracy without a third party, and communicate naturally with every person involved in your day.
Where exactly do you plan weddings?
Our primary locations are Switzerland — including the Swiss Alps, Lake Lucerne, Grindelwald, Zermatt, Lauterbrunnen, and the Lavaux region — and Lake Como in northern Italy, including villa weddings on the lake and elopements in the surrounding mountains.
